Downtown New Homes lead development project, known as the “6 Regional Cities,” is set to create over 2 million new homes and generate thousands of job opportunities. These new cities are strategically located in various geo-political regions across the country, seamlessly blending nature with urban living.

The residential areas are thoughtfully designed to include high-rise apartments, houses, and flats, accompanied by vibrant city centres featuring premium fashion stores and exquisite restaurants. Each regional city will also offer a range of amenities, including theme parks, racecourses, public spaces, cinemas, leisure, and water parks, all within the entertainment zone. Additionally, the commercial zone will house fashion outlet malls, hotels, supermarket malls, foodstuff, and drink depots. These zones are interconnected via cycling, walking, and an extensive network of public and private transportation options.
